This was another of my standout sessions. I loved how many of the sessions touched on the roles branding and user experience had in building a successful company. Maria Ogneva from Salesforce.com talked about how to create and tap into a powerful user community. It made me want to go dig out my old copy of Designing for Community by Derek Powazek just to see how much (and how little) has changed since we started building online communities.
