I’ve been waiting for this theme and I hope it will be available very soon
I have been hard at work on a photography theme this month, but Dot Organizer is next in the queue! I have a lot of the code ready to go, just need to prep and lay in the graphics. I was originally hoping for an end of September release, but it’s looking more like the first or second week in Oct. right now. I’m pretty sure every Genesis theme is compatible with BP. I don’t know if Ron & Andrea will be creating a skin for it, though – let them know you want one
Will this be released at StudioPress, or is this a CI exclusive? (Just wondering if I’m gonna have to ante up for more money…)
This theme is going to be released via the Theme Garden. The switch to a new service has me a little bit behind schedule right now, but once I get everything set up and ready, it will mean I’ll be able to release themes much more quickly. Thanks for your patience!

No – going forward, all of my themes will be released independently of StudioPress.
Hi Chris. Looking forward to your new theme being released. Disappointed though that this time it won’t be available though StudioPress directly as I rely very heavily on their large Support Community for post-sale tweaks to themes etc. It’s difficult to have the confidence to purchase through ThemeGarden (or ThemeForest) based solely on the look and feel of a screenshot and limited front-end demo. For me the author/community post-sale support for a theme is just as attractive as the design elements. If that community isn’t there at ThemeGarden at present that could be the tipping point for my purchase decision. Still, maybe I will have to take a gamble that they grow rapidly as I do like the look of this theme – and have been waiting for a couple of months for it to be released. Cheers…David

Thanks for your feedback. So you know, I am currently setting up a forum section on this site, as I hope to grow my support community. I agree with you about SP’s support community – it’s one of the reasons I started using the themes in the first place! I was a customer before I was a developer, that’s for sure! I plan to handle support the same way they do at SP – in a forum, where users can help each other, and the developer is an active participant. Unfortunately some of the growing pains with SP merging with Copyblogger Media, and moving over to a new way of distributing my themes has put me behind schedule, but I’m coding as fast as I can, and I think you’ll all appreciate the attention to detail (ok, so bordekrline OCD may be a better term, lol!) when you see the theme!
I agree with David .. Studio Press post-sale support community is very important. That’s one of the main reason I love to purchase theme layout at Studio Press.
I do hope this theme will be released via Studio Press as well. That would be a big plus
Unfortunately, that’s not in the cards. I really appreciate the feedback, but for the near futureall of my child theme releases will be independent of SP!

A couple more questions, if you don’t mind.
1) Will you have a package deal similar to the way SP does, or will all of your themes be priced only individually?
2) Will you continue to develop new versions of Family Tree and Bee Crafty and release them to SP at least? I know you had posted about planning another update of FT over on the SP forum, especially regarding custom headers and using typekit for the dates rather than images. Is it still in the cards, or has it been pushed back due to the holidays and other independent projects?

Hi. I really like this theme. I see from the September comment that this theme was next to be developed. It’s February now – can you provide an update on the release, please? I’m ready to buy.
OH NO! I’m so disappointed to learn you won’t be releasing this theme or any others through Studio Press! I hope things improve and you decide to head back over their way! I love the support, the genesis framework and the ease of use of the site. It’s got a completely different feel to Theme Garden – couldn’t figure them out so ended up with Studio Press!
